SEAC MEETING WITH PUBLIC Q & A: TUESDAY 30TH NOVEMBER

The next meeting of SEAC will take place on Tuesday the 30th of November at the Hilton Hotel, Cardiff. The meeting, which is being hosted by the Welsh Assembly Government, will commence at 9.30 am and is due to end at 12.30 pm. If you wish to attend the open SEAC meeting you must first register with the SEAC secretariat. Places are limited and allocated on a strictly first come first served basis. In a short Q & A session, at the end of the open meeting, members of the public will be able to ask the committee questions relating to the work of SEAC. If you would like to put a question to the committee, you are kindly asked to submit your question to the SEAC secretariat (SEACsecretariat@seac.gsi.gov.uk) by close of play Wednesday 24th November. This will help to facilitate the Q and A session and ensure that as many questions as possible are dealt with in the time available. Those members of the public who submitted a question will then be invited by the SEAC Chair to read out the question during the Q & A session. The agenda and meeting papers are now available.

The November SEAC meeting is also being broadcast live over the internet. More information about viewing the meeting over the internet may be obtained via the link on the SEAC home page. Should you require any further information regarding the November SEAC meeting, please contact the SEAC secretariat.
