SEAC meeting with public Q&A: Thursday 24th November

The next public meeting of SEAC will take place on Thursday 24th November 2005 at the Roxburghe Hotel, Edinburgh. The Meeting which is being hosted by the Scottish Executive, will commence at 09.30am and is due to end at 13.00pm. If you wish to attend the meeting, you must first register with the SEAC Secretariat. E-mail SEACSecretariat@seac.gsi.gov.uk, or contact Lesley Holland on 020 7904 6256. Places are limited and allocated on a strictly first come first served basis.

The meeting will include a Question & Answer session. Members of the public will be able to ask the committee questions relating to the work of SEAC. If you would like to put a question to the committee, please submit your question to the SEAC secretariat (SEACSecretariat@seac.gsi.gov.uk) by Friday 18 November 2005. This will help to facilitate the Q&A session and ensure that as many questions as possible are dealt with in the time available. Those members of the public who submit a question and are able to attend the meeting will be invited by the SEAC Chair to read out the question during the Q&A session. The agenda and meeting papers will be available on the SEAC website one week before the meeting.

A webcast recording of the meeting will be available on the internet soon after the meeting.
